So this discussion of getting a photo-shoot done has been going on between me and Madhu ji for quite a while and one fine day we decided, enough of talking, let’s get in to action. I was excited as well as nervous. Excited because it was the first time I was doing a proper photo-shoot in a studio with someone else doing my makeup and hair and I was nervous for the very same reason.
However, Madhu ji totally understood what I was going through and made it as a total fun experience.
We came up with 3 looks
The first one was a black maxi dress. The detailing at the front and at the shoulders gave the maxi a lovely look. It can be styled in a classy way as well as in a nonchalant way. I have accessorized the maxi with a long silver chain, long silver danglers, a silver cuff and black ballerinas with a silver lining to go with
People who saw my haul video enquired a lot about the Zara leather skirt I showed in that. I took this chance to style the skirt in 2 different ways.
One was more experimental and edgy. I styled it with a big ethnic statement necklace, big stud earrings, a chain bracelet along with leather boots. This look was just to push myself to experiment as I always went for more wearable fashion. I totally liked the way this look turned out.
Then I went for a casual look with a spaghetti top and a denim shirt. The denim shirt can be buttoned up, tugged in or tied around the waist, as per your style and convenience. I went with a bare neck, long black earrings, a stone bracelet and leather boots.
How you like these looks? Which one is your favorite?
