Fringe and Ripped – both are in the top list of the latest fashion trend. When you combine this both, Dayum!
The fringe fashion trend is not restricted to clothing alone. Fringe bags, shoes, earrings, bracelets are in trend as well. I may add a fringe bag to my collection but considering my foot size, fringe shoes seem to be a distant dream 🙁 (no… don’t go there)
Ripped jeans are in trend for so long and I guess it will never go out of fashion. I am not a fan of big rip which shows the entire knee part. Slight rips here and there works perfectly fine for me. Ripped jeans are sported by many celebrities, especially for airport visits. After all, it adds an oomph factor to otherwise simple jeans. Do you know there is a trend called airport fashion?
I have styled the entire outfit in a simple way yet adding style factors here and there. The major attraction is the fringe shrug. So I have paired it with a simple tank top. As the shrug comes with a collar, I kept the neck free without any jewelry. Nevertheless, a simple chain or a statement neck piece will look good as well.
The ankle length with zippers is another style factor which goes well with the ripped jeans. For a more casual look, loafers or canvas shoes will look good with an ankle length jeans. As I was visiting a star hotel, I went ahead with ballerinas.
A simple handheld handbag or a plain shoulder handbag with long strip is the best bet for this look. Unfortunately, forgot to click the bag I was carrying.
I have partially tugged in the tank top for a more edgy look. You can try completely tugging in for a more bold look.
For the makeup, I have applied powder foundation, a single eye-shadow of color similar to my tank top. For the lip color, it was a struggle between nude lips and bold lips. Finally bold lips won. The bold wine red color shows a bit different here because of the lighting. This color deserves a separate blog post though 🙂
