E-Hotel comprises of 7 floors with Entrée, a global cuisine restaurant (All Day Dining), Business Centre, Elixir Lounge Bar, Banquet Halls, Conference Halls, Gym, and Guest Rooms. A group of food bloggers were invited to try the global cuisine restaurant Entree. It serves 100% Vegetarian with both À la carte & Buffet for all the three meals with the best service in the city.
The lunch menu started with spicy corn veg soup and paneer tikka, cheese croquettes as starters. The salad menu consist of fruit salad,corn & cheese salad,grilled veg salad,aloo chaat,thenga manga salad,pesto tomato salad.
Then came the main course with a good spread from continental to desi dishes. Baby corn tempura, sapo veg dumplings, country vegetables, pasta in alfredo sauce, paneer butter masala were my favorites.
Papad ki subzi and golden onion fried rice were the 2 dishes I was eating for the first time. Papad ki subzi was too sour for my liking and the onion seemed to be over fried in the golden onion fried rice. Nevertheless, this is my personal opinion and other fellow bloggers were enjoying these 2 dishes
Apart from these, regular steamed rice, sambar, rasam, poriyal and curd were also available. Now the most awaited part of the menu desserts 🙂 Strawberry mousse,mocha panna cotta,kiwi pastry,lava cake,mango pastry,gulab jamun,kesari bath and three types of ice creams were the part of dessert menu. Mocha panna cotta was something I was trying for the first time and totally loved it.
Entree restaurant is one of the best options available in the city for the vegetarian foodies. They could come up with more unique, innovative dishes to make the spread more interesting
